At Atlantic Liquors, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process. We offer a 60-day return window on eligible items.
Eligibility for Return
• Unopened Items
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return within 60 days of delivery.
• Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 60 days. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item? Let us know within 60 days of delivery. We’ll either ship the correct product or issue a refund.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially consumed bottles
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards or promotional giveaways
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank or credit card provider—processing times may vary.
